Do I need a builder to walk my plans?
No, a builder does not need to be present to walk, however we do recommend bringing in your team to make on the spot changes and corrections.
If you are just starting to plan and don’t have a builder lined up yet, we can help you with connecting to a vetted local builder.
What files or documents are required?
We can project any PDF document, but will need a digital file with scale. This could be architectural plans, designer files or even a hand drawn layout!
We also ask to remove layering so that the file is clean and easy to experience. Adding in furniture (like a king size bed for example) will also help to better understand the space.
How much can I walk in an hour?
Typically, our clients can walk approximately 2,000 SF in an hour.
What does it cost?
We sell in 1-hour increments, with block discounts for industry professionals. Contact us directly for up-to-date pricing based on your unique situation.

Is Walk Your Plans only for homeowners?
Absolutely not! We can tailor our projection to fit your needs.
